Role: Programme and Delivery Manager 

We’re looking for a teammate (of any gender identity) to join us as full-time Programme and Delivery Manager.


Location: Code First Girls offer family friendly, flexible working arrangements. Code First Girls is currently a remote first company with in-person team meet-ups in London once a month. We are looking for office space in London where the team can meet more regularly.


Salary: £28- £32k+  bonus + fully-funded place on the Code First Girls CFGdegree (market value £10,000).


About the Company 

Over the past three years, Code First Girls has become the largest provider of free coding courses for women and non binary individuals. Having trained 80,000+ women and delivered over £54 million worth of free technology education has meant that we have taught more than three times as many women to code as the entire UK university undergraduate system!

About the role


Client success management

The Programme and Delivery Manager needs to deliver exceptional account management to company partners. You will work on a day to day basis with a diverse range of clients from large financial organisations to government departments and tech start-ups to deliver their strategic educational programmes. You will be expected to manage the communications, expectations and delivery aims of clients. You will be responsible for creating and delivering quarterly reports to assess the impact of their package delivery, responding to client feedback and ensuring successful renewal of client accounts.


CFGdegree management

This role involves ensuring all candidates on the CFGdegree match the clients requirements through the selection and sifting process. Carefully assessing candidate applications and putting them forward for company interviews, backfilling any places where needed.


Course planning

You will work with our course management team to ensure your clients’ courses are a success, advising the team about specific candidate requirements and instructor needs as well as planning client classrooms to meet required deadlines.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with clients within an account management or project management setting is essential
  • The ability to see the bigger picture and look for opportunities to improve client experience and package delivery
  • A true passion to work in education and technology 
  • Knowledge of the tech industry & coding is desired but not essential
  • Working knowledge of G-suite tools and CRMs is an advantage but not essential
