About the Company 

Over the past several years, Code First Girls has become the largest provider of free coding courses for women and non-binary individuals. Having trained 70,000+ women in technology education means that we have taught over three times as many women to code than the entire UK university undergraduate system! Our mission is to give more women the opportunity to learn new skills and pursue great careers in tech with our company partners. 



Location: Code First Girls offer family-friendly, flexible working arrangements. We are sourcing office space in London this year and so some time in the office will be required and can be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.

About the role


Programme Delivery

The Programmes and Delivery Coordinator needs to be organised and take ownership of setting up Code First Girls courses, reporting on course registration stats to internal teams and delivering exceptional customer service to applicants and students. You will manage one product from the CFG suite of Programmes (MOOCs, Classes, CFGdegree, +Masters), and will work on a day-to-day basis with our community to accept them onto programmes against specific criteria, creating communication channels when necessary (in systems such as Slack) and replying to queries promptly.

You will also manage the course end process including issuing certificates and gathering feedback.


Process Management

Within the role, you will be able to make positive and active changes to the Programmes team processes by identifying key areas for improvement. Using initiative and drawing from experience, you will be able to think of ways to streamline current processes, to improve the experience of the Programmes team, instructors and learners. 


Instructors

You will liaise with instructors, ensuring we have all roles filled on upcoming courses and you will manage the application process for new instructors signing up to teach with us.



Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working in administration, customer service OR education
  • The ability to work collaboratively - this role will work closely with individuals across the business 
  • A true passion to work in education and technology 
  • Some coding experience in any language is an advantage but not essential
  • Working knowledge of G-suite tools, CRMs and communication channels is an advantage


The successful applicant in this role will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Programmes & Delivery Coordinator role.
